Microsoft’s Teraflop Level Announcements at E3 2017

Here is a rundown of the most important announcements at Microsoft E3 2017.
XBOX ONE X
Microsoft really gave gamers something to talk about during this year’s E3. More details about the Xbox Scorpio have finally been given. The console’s will officially be called the XBOX ONE X and currently holds the title of “The Most Powerful Console”.
The console boasts six teraflops of processing power which is more powerful than Sony’s PS4 Pro. Aside from the immense power that the XBOX ONE X holds, it will also be accompanied by 22 exclusive titles. This amount certainly puts to rest the fears that fans had concerning the console’s game library. Some of the games mentioned for the lineup are Forza 7, Metro Exodus, and Anthem.
The XBOX One X will be sold at $500 on launch and is powered by a six teraflop GPU and an eight-core CPU. With solid hardware, this console will easily deliver that 4K resolution goodness to anyone who purchases it.
Microsoft revealed Crackdown 3 with a trailer featuring Terry Cruz. Cruz embodies just how wild this game could get and just adds spice to a game that many already know to be awesome.
Crackdown 3 is an open world action adventure game which is heading for Microsoft Windows and Xbox One. A direct sequel to Crackdown 2 from 2010, this game will take advantage of the mass scale destruction that is powered by Microsoft Azure. The game will keep its sandbox elements, but will feature destructible environments which the players can destroy. So get ready to wreak havoc as you take the role of a super cop from the Agency.
Forza 7 is one of the games that truly show off the capabilities of the XOBOX One X. The game runs at a native 4k resolution which is locked at 60 FPS.
Forza 7 is a racing video game by Turn 10 Studios and will feature 700 cars and 30 locations to race on. Forza 7 will bring all the road courses that were available in Forza Motorsport 6. Just looking at the gameplay we can already see the gorgeous visuals that Forza 7 boasts. The dynamic weather which changes during races is a feature which adds more to the visual orgasm that is Forza 7.
Microsoft got the audience clamoring for more when it showed the audience what it feels like to play games at 4k resolution with the XBOX One X. Some of the games that were shown off were Minecraft in 4k, Anthem, and Metro Exodus.
Metro Exodus is a first person shooter game and the third installment of the Metro video game series. Set in a post-apocalyptic wasteland of the former Russian Federation, the game will have survival horror and stealth elements. Metro Exodus will allow players to use a fully customizable arsenal of weapons which will help them through the game’s linear and open sandbox levels.
