The Graphics and Presentation
Honestly, I am so happy with how great the characters of injustice 2 look. If there was one thing that really threw me off with Injustice 1, it would have been the faces of the characters. You could tell that the first game used the same engine and art direction as Mortal Kombat IX because of the long faces that the characters had. Now, sharing the same engine as Mortal Kombat X the game and characters look very realistic. We all know the debacle that happened with Mass Effect: Andromeda’s facial animations and I am here to tell you that you won’t see quality like that in Injustice 2. Injustice 2 makes you feel like this characters really exists and that of course is a good thing.
Also the little details placed in the game will leave any player satisfied. After choosing your character, you will see both of them exchange blows before you actually enter the battle.
Once you enter a battle, you get to listen to the two characters banter and because of this you would never feel like your fighting the same battle twice. This adds to the feeling that these characters are alive and have a backstory beyond the game itself.
TLDR: NetherRealm Studios really upped the look and feel of Injustice 2. It’s a sight to behold.
