The Fighting and Everything in Between
Injustice 2 has considerably one of the best fighting mechanics out there. Very few available fighters are on par with the combo mechanics of the game and that is all thanks to NetherRealm’s experience with Mortal Kombat. Landing juggles and long combos in Injustice 2 are just oh so satisfying.
This version of Injustice also introduces the gear syste,. At first, many fans worried about the imbalance of the gears, but that worry was laid to rest thanks to the addition of competitive mode. Basically, gears change up not only the look and playstyle of your chosen hero. If you’re an addict of customization this gear system will keep you busy.
Injustice 2 also has a community aspect to it. Not only can you test your skills by fighting players online, you can also team up with others and form a guild to complete challenges and bosses together. Some battles cannot be handled alone and will take the combined effort of you and your guildmates to tackle.
Once you complete these tasks, you are rewarded with buffs and mother boxes to unlock better equipment for your characters. Holy compensations and rewards Batman!
All in all, Injustice 2 is a pretty stellar game. I mean, who wouldn’t be satisfied with an all out brawl with your favorite heroes? Couple that with a fighting system that will keep you on your toes and you have a fighting game that you will enjoy for many days and months to come.
If you’re a DC fan and you’ve been dying to play a game with the characters you know and love, then there is no question buy this game! For those who are not too into the lore of the universe, I suggest you try it out as well. The biggest draw of the game is that it is a DC fighting game, but the action you get from it is enjoyable for everyone. Who knows? You might even fall in love with superheroes after a few rounds. Try it out Eventurers, you wont be disappointed. Injustice 2 is currently out for PS4 and XBOX One.
