We’ve all been there; jaded by the routine of our daily tasks. Even the most motivated of us will feel down in the slump sometimes. But all is not lost: with some baby steps, you can gain your groove once again. Here are some tips in claiming back your motivation
1. DIVERT YOUR ATTENTION.
Sticking to the same routine day in and day out twenty-four hours a day, seven days a week, will burn anyone out. Remember to give yourself a break. Explore something new at least once a week to change the scenery from what your mind and eyes are used to.
2. INDULGE YOUR PASSION.
You could either be working on something you’re not passionate about, or what you love may slowly getting stale from the day-to-day job. What you need to do is either find that passion or rekindle it. First, assess what you love doing then figure out what can you do to make more time for that thing you love. Are you in to cooking? 3. ATTEND WORKSHOPS.

4. GET SUPPORT.
It’s really difficult to do something (or anything, actually) alone. Find a buddy to support you in your passion. Whether it be a running buddy to keep you competitive, or a taste tester for your culinary creations. Doing things alone is possible, but having a buddy will make things fun.
5. STICK WITH IT.
Never give up. You may think you’re not feeling motivated today, or this week, but if you don’t give up, that motivation will sure to come back. Your goal is like a long journey, and your slump is just a bump on the road. Focus on your goal, stay with it no matter how many little bumps you pass and you’ll get there.

I know the title of this article says “5 Tips…” but this bonus tip is worth learning. The law of attraction is a philosophy that is used to sum up the idea that by focusing on positive or negative thoughts a person brings positive or negative experiences into their life.
