Have Monday lunch dates or share funny weekend anecdotes. This enhances the synergy and unity within the workplace, creating an overall happier environment.

Prepare a realistic to-do list for the week. Achieve that satisfying feeling of checking things off your list, granting you a sense of success and further encouragement to take on the workweek ahead.
