Where to Go for the Love of Animals
Whether you have a loyal, lovable pet, or a horde of fabulous furries, there are lots of event places around the Metro just right for you. Dogs, Cats, and many other cute critters have been clawing for our attention since time immemorial, and rightly so! Those puppy dogs eyes and those cute kittykat purrs are simply irresistible.
Even if you’ve got none of your own, but just love to cuddle with a little (or big) pet, here are a number of Event Venues that are sure to tickle every animal lover’s fancy.

Event Places for Puss and Doggo
1. Eastwood City Walk and Mall
If you’re not used to it, you’d definitely be surprised to see shoppers walking their pets inside the mall. The recipient of the 2005 PAWS Golden Paw Award, they treat every furry pooch with the same service with a smile that they extend to their humans. Though not all pets have access to the stores, it is indeed a paw-some experience being able to shop with your pet.
If you’ve still got the energy after walking the mall, you and your pet might want to break into a sweat. Prepare your summer bodies with the people of Anytime Fitness Eastwood!
2. Bonifacio High Street
Pets gallivanting around the mall with their humans are common around Bonifacio Global City. Four-legged and two-legged animals alike populate the microcosm in the former military base. Bonifacio High Street, in the heart of this community, has been a haven for animal lovers and pet owners since day one. Those suffering from pet envy are definitely up for some cute attacks when they visit BHS. Cats and dogs seem to be able to shop and dine, with some restos and cafes catering to them as well.
Sadly, you can’t take them to the movies with you. But, if you’re in the area on a day without your pet, you might want to try to win some movie tickets. I hear the 4DX experience is something else.

(3.) Bengal Brew Cat Café and (4.) Wolf & Bear Dog Café
This two-in-one experience is something else. Though two separate establishments, both are located beside each other. It has sort of a natural setting. The Bengal cats can roam around the café as if in a rain forest. Also, the big snow dogs of Wolf and Bear (hence, the name) are placed in a faux Arctic environment. So, unlike Eastwood and BHS, these are for animal lovers only (without their pets, if they have any). These pussies and pooches are part of the dining experience if the two cafes.
If you’d like to experience these dogs and cats, play with them! They charge by the hour, so make sure to keep track of time.
5. Miao Cat Café
Though there are many more kitty places around the metro, the first one up was Miao Cat Café in Congressional. With a rustic feel and a cat playground, the venue operates on staggered two-hour schedules. Because many others also want time with their cats, they recommend reservations. First come, first pet. Kitty-cat style.
And if you’d like to know more about the cats, they offer regular free feline seminars. Cat lovers will definitely be pleased as they get to know the playful pussies.

Cats and dogs and all other cuddly critters are winning humans’ hearts, and win very good reason. Take your pick from these (and many more animal lover places) and enjoy your time with the four-legged favorites.
