Passport: Check! Plane tickets: Check! Excitement: Huge check!
The sight of new surroundings, different types of food that I’m not familiar with, map on the right hand and a translator on the left, and numerous pictures; these are just some of the things that traveling has instilled in me. I always thought that traveling is an investment, an investment in knowledge of discovering a different place you’ve just been to; it doesn’t matter if it’s a 5 day tour or a 1 month backpacking adventure.
I’ve been through different places but it saddens me that I haven’t gone to anywhere in Asia aside from the Philippines (well if you count a layover in Incheon, which is a souvenir hoarders haven in my opinion). That’s why I’m making a list of some of the top destinations in Asia that I know you’d also love to go to. I promise I’ll try to hold in my love of food so this won’t end up as a food blog (though I think that food is the number 1 advantage of traveling).
This first Asian destination has a lot of Seoul to it…
