It seems that Belibers in Manila wouldn’t be as lucky as we thought. Justin Bieber won’t be pushing through with the final leg of his purpose tour in Asia. Sadly, that includes all of his fans here in the Philippines. With just 14 tours remaining why did the Justin decide to cancel the tour? It sad, but that means that the “Purpose Tour” is officially over.
