Who will be this Season’s MVP?
The postseason is here and the Playoffs are heating up! One of the most debated issues in the NBA at this time is the all-important question…”who will be this year’s MVP?” With stellar performances from several individuals across conferences in the league, everyone is at odds at who should get the nod. The MVP is the player who embodies the soul of the team. It is not merely stats, or headlines, or fan voting, all this including metrics and media reports contribute to who will finally be named this year’s Most Valuable Player. Let’s look at some candidates shall we?
Stephen Curry catapulted into stardom since the Golden State Warrior’s epic run into the championship two seasons ago. With his signature dribbling, his limitless shooting beyond the arc, and a knack for sliding into the paint, Steph is a tough contender. He was named MVP before, but this year’s list is too competitive for him to easily get the award again. Plus Kevin Durant is also on the Warrior’s lineup, which creates questions as to who is the team’s real leader.
