The NBA is slowly becoming dominated by franchise teams. Gone are the days where players would start as rookies and become superstars, leading their team to the coveted championship through persistence, development, and sheer will. But this has changed. Teams are now combining superstars to make superteams.

From Boston’s Big Three of Allen, Pierce, and Garnett. Miami’s Lebron, Wade, and Bosh. And this year’s monumental Durant to the Warriors move. These are all signs of building superteams. And just earlier this week, Atlanta’s sniper-shooter Kyle Korver was acquired by the 2017 Champions Cleveland Cavaliers!

This will add an outside threat whom LeBron can dish to as he draws defenders. With a 3-pt shooting percentage of almost 48%, Korver means trouble for the Cav’s opponents. With all these moves, it sure looks like a Finals rematch of 2 NBA superteams.
